We are getting into a great little routine with this delightful little guest who is a so happy to please. Still doesn't like to be in his crate at bedtime. Thought it was tremendous fun to hang onto the broom whilst I tried to sweep this morning. He was as happy as anything when I gave him the dust brush to play with. Scampering onto his mat by the door. Piddle and play outside with the others upon waking, breakfast which P did for him ... rice, cooked chicken and warm puppy milk ... then playing/cuddles/ball throwing inside with one of us for a bit then he goes into his crate for a snooze for a bit whilst we get on. He does rebel a little but soon pops off to sleep.

Great fun and games between all the dogs today. It has taken a while for Suki to come round but she now asks him to play. Alfie always keeping an eye on events in case Suki gets too boisterous then he is in there to ward her off or more than likely try to mount her. We do tell Wilson to close his eyes but he then thinks oh this is great, I can give Suki kisses.
Wilson likes to sit in the garden watching the clouds and birds pass by. He loves to chase leaves. Had a fright when a seagull screeched.
All three flaked out on the sofa. In fact Suki roaching and Wilson stretched out near her. Lovely.
Wilson sneaked into my shopping bag and found his new squeaky toy which was amusing. All three enjoyed it however Wilson has definitely claimed it.
The dishwasher puzzled him this morning but not for long as loads more to investigate. He 'assisted' me in unloading the washing machine.
Lesley, absolutely spot on ... he loves shredding paper!
We enjoy several laughs during the day. Exasperated at times, yes, but the laughs and fun far outweigh the mischief.

Hi Nancy, lovely photos, what a great job you're doing with our little lad. I can't help thinking how wonderful and tolerant our older hounds are with the babes, I have to say that Rowans gorgeous Darcy is brilliant, so is my (male) Ralph, he looks after her. Grace is coming round slowly. I also bought Esther a squeaky toy today, she absolutely loves it, driving me and the old timers mad!!!! Wishing you a peaceful night. Xx

Fab little routine now which clever Mr Wilson has slotted into with ease and he now knows our ways and those of Alf and Suki.
He didn't want to go out for his second piddle stop this morning despite gentle nudges so my best friend and helper Alfie took it upon himself to walk out and of course Wilson followed and whilst he was piddling Alfie just walked back in as if to say that's how it's done mum.
Wilson so excited to see the other two after they get back from their walk and I do believe that they are happy to see him too ... and of course Paul.
Terry, Wendy and Sandi popped in today which was lovely. Of course Wilson was delighted to have visitors and see them again. Lots of kisses to give and super cuddles to receive.
Most of the time is spent playing either with the other two, P or myself or entertaining himself with all manner of pots, lids, toys scattered around. He is often found nosing into the play box. A fair bit of sleeping and roaching fills the day too.
Been excellent with his poos and on the whole very good with his piddling. Did do one yesterday on the tiles but think he was having fun and forgot. We are pretty diligent at encouraging him outside.
After having been intrigued by the dishwasher he now realises that there are some yummy smells and if he is very quick and lucky enough something nice to taste ... or unlucky in finding some mustard!
He rushed to the washing machine however a little confused as the door was closed this time.
Have to be very quick at stopping him from getting to the older dogs food as they just let him hoover up as much as he can before we can stop him so shy of shutting him away which we don't want to do we either have to stand guard and keep stopping him which is working as he is beginning to get the gist or give him his food first so that the others, especially Alfie, have eaten by the time he scampers over.
At the mo all three are snoozing ... his little legs are going ten to the doz ... he must be running soooo fast ... also little noises emitting. Great dream.

Not much to report apart from what a dear little thing Wilson is.
Really slotted in and only has to be told a few times not to do something.
He loves bringing the tennis ball or tugging toy back and last night during our play time with all three racing around inside after the tennis ball I did wonder whether he might be a contender for agility?
Wilson along with Suki have found an exciting game of hide and seek or pounce. He squeezes under one sofa whilst she stands guard on the sofa and he then scuttles in and out and runs the gauntlet to the other sofa without her 'getting' him. Alf just snoozes with one eye on the situation in case it gets too out of hand. The rate Wilson is growing they will soon have to find an alternative game.
Tried him on some cooked beef mince this morning which he thoroughly enjoyed. He prefers the scrambled egg P makes in the saucepan rather than mine out of the micro. Warmed weetabix with puppy milk alone is not a favourite unless mixed with sardines in oil or some chicken. Loves cooked rice mixed with some form of protein. Likes his Burns puppy kibble. Loves his raw carrot too.
Snoozing at the mo but the others will be back from their walk soon.
