Quick update on Saffie. She is doing very, very well and is the most cuddly, friendly little lurcher you honestly could have the pleasure to meet. Family and friends have visited over Christmas and and she has been an absolute star. Very well behaved and loving every person she met, She loves everyone and everyone loves her. Singing along Play in the snow 2 beautiful girls

I can't believe it either, but no one has been to meet her yet. We love her and we love having her with us and we will wait till someone sees her and feels the same as we do. She is so loving, as I sit here on the armchair she is hanging round my neck, happy and contented. I know someone will see her and it will be love at first sight. Meanwhile we are so lucky to share her every progression, from a timid little girlie, who knew nothing and did not even recognise the sound of someone talking to her, did not know how to make her legs co-ordinate so that she could stretch out and run, that she must not do wee wees in the house and to respect her elder house dogs plus all the things that puppies pick up it is only now that she is understanding what being a dog is all about. She is turning into a really beautiful little star.

it is excellent to see just how far Saffie has come, it will be well worth the wait for her perfect new home to come along keeping everything crossed some special person/people spot her and realise she is the ideal girl for them she looks like a different dog, so alert and happy, and now enjoying life ;D

She is a beautiful little girl. Once again, I am gutted Cornwall is too far away from Essex as she sounds like a lovely girl and would make a great sparing partner for my little Daisy.

Daisy looks beautiful, similar to Saffie. It's the ears. Saffie is a perfect little lurcher, extremely loving and playful, no aggresion at all. It is such a pity that you are in Cornwall.

About time this little gorgeous girlie had a forever sofa. My thoughts exactly Jenny. She sounds just so sweet natured. Every time we go walking in the woods near you Elaine, I'm hoping we might bump into you and get to see the the gorgeous Saffie in the flesh.

Aww thank you. They do sound quite similar, Daisy loves to play too, but Lenni (greyhound) just doesn't get the whole lurcher biting faces, necks, etc, thing. He prefers to be a bit of a loner when walking but has to put up with Daisy jumping all over him. If only.... I hope someone realises how lovely this little girl is soon

Hello everyone Little Saffie is gorgeous and very ready to go to her forever home. She is such a happy and cheerful little girl, but the longer she is with us the more difficult for her to say bye bye to us forever. She has no hangups, always cheerful and I have never known a dog so totally non aggressive. On the down side she is not a typical lurcher. But a lurcher she is but with beautiful temperatment, wonderful blue eyes and white eyelashes she is quite unique. She does not have the shiney dark coat which is common with other lurchers but she more than makes up for this with her loving temperament. Saffie would be happy in a home where she is very loved and cuddled. A happy, bouncy, energenic little girl just desparately needing a forever home. You cannot help but love Saffie, her happiness is infectious. We love her but we cannot sadly keep her forever,
