The handsome boy seems to be doing a great job of settling in. Seeing this must make all the work you put in sorting Skip out so worthwhile you two.

No probs last night both slept soundly as did we! Today Skip has met quite a few new people and dogs. A credit to Donna & Mark as he is so well mannered and affectionate. Eating like a horse and doing his best to be friendly with the cats. Thanks to D & M for posting our pics for us.

And just to confirm how thoroughly he has settled in, these just in from his new family. Every inch the handsome hound now Obviously enjoying the company of his big bro' No happy ending would be complete without ... But this one says it all for me. Look at that boys face Thank you so much to everyone in the Morrison family for giving this beautiful boy his happy ending

It's always hard to let them go, but when a photo like that comes back, well, tears of joy eh Donna and Mark. ;D We're still aware of the hole he's left behind Jenny (well actually we're aware of lots of holes he's left behind, in the dog's beds, in the t-towels, in my underwear drawer, in the cabinet ) but, yes, photos like that really help soothe the soul and remind me why it is such a privilege to be able to foster
