We are being Asked to take in a young friendly rough coat bitch in Kent. Thin and been taken in payment for a job! They felt they had to get her out. She is not cat friendly and they have a cat. Due in this evening. Pictures coming in later

Thanks, as always for springing into action on this one Jenny. Poor little girlie sounds like she's had a very rough start to life.
By all accounts, she's been very neglected and possibly abused as she is afraid of sticks and brooms etc but is sweet and gentle and very loving. The family that rescued her have done their best for her with vet treatment, de-ticking, de fleaing and would love to keep her but the house cats don't concur. I for one, can't wait to see pics.

She will probably be coming into me tonight or tomorrow. I need to get her out of the situation. They have tried their best, but she is spending the day tethered to a shed as there is nowhere else for them to put her safely out of the way of their cats and they work. So I may need a transport run Romi if I can't sort it out direct with them. At least someone to meet up with them at Lakeside services this evening or tomorrow evening and up towards Hertford.

Okay, I've got a meet time for Lakeside at 7.30 p.m. in the usual place. But I need a gap bridged there from there to halfway to me. Not sure of what route I will take, but if Penny or someone more local to Brentwood could do a bit I could jog on over towards Harlow.

She's petite, around 24 inches to the shoulder. Walks well on the lead, but changes from side to side so we assume she has not been lead walked much.

I may have to organise this through texts as I have been on the internet now for an hour. Text or phone if you can help with the link between Lakeside and me

Well done everyone, thanks to you all and thanks also to Jo and her husband who took Juno out of a nasty situation and gave her temporary care, she's going to have a wonderful future.
Sid and I would have picked her up ourselves but as we're GETTING MARRIED tomorrow, we're a tad busy!!!!!
