Hi. I picked Winnie up this morning and she was so pleased to see me! She has lots of stitches and is very tender. When we got home I took her out for a wee and then she was just anxious to get into her crate where she remains now sound asleep! So far so good. I will take some photos of her leg next time she gets up as she is laying in it right now! X

Huge thanks Penny. I know you weren't intending to have a foster, but so grateful that you stepped in for this girlie xx

This is wonderful news, I'm so happy for beautiful Winnie! I hope a quiet foster home can be found for her and that she has a fast and brilliant recovery. She'd have no chance around here with my lot! xx

I wonder why they have to shave right the way up her leg when the op site is down on her knee....? She's going to need woolly pants to keep her poor little bum warm in this weather! Its looking good though, nice and clean. Sending loads of Heal-Fast Vibes from us lot.
