This little one has been sitting waiting patiently for us to go and get her. A long transport run up to Aylesbury today and she is now safely tucked into her new foster home. Approximately 6/7 months old, she will not be a very big girlie. Adorable. I'll leave her foster mum to fill you in shortly.

Ok, just a quick fill in then I'll try loading up some piccies. Well, wow what a gorgeous little girl she is. I've named her Jasmine and it seems to suit her very well. She is such a little sweetheart but I'm aware that may change once she is more settled, but really I don't think she has a bad bone in her little body and can't understand why no one claimed her. She is currently pooped out on my sofa sound asleep. She was very, very hungry on arrival and immediately went to my kitchen and did a quick counter surf. ;D She's not daft this one. She seems to know basic commands and will play with toys. That's all for now. Will try to get some pics on ASAP.

Oh heck, for some reason it won't work with Flickr. I'll have to open a photobucket account later then. Thanks Cath for your pics.

Yep. She's a lovely girl. She just lay down in her crate as close to Nero (who was on the outside of the crate) as possible and went to sleep. I had to keep looking over my shoulder to make sure she was still there. Nero on the other hand was definitely there - he had the most awful wind the whole time and I had to open the windows a lot!!! Poor Jasmine 2 must have passed out from the smell. Bet she was really glad to get in Cath's car for the next leg of the journey. She seems to be a lovely waggy friendly little thing and I'm sure she'll settle in well with Michaela. ;D

I left her on her own earlier while I nipped up the local shop to get some milk. Didn't put her in the crate and when I got back she had been PERFECT. Granted, I was only gone 12 minutes but she had just gone to sleep on the sofa (there was a warm spot). I was greeted on my return with the waggiest tail and wiggliest little body.

Thanks sis and vickie. Quick update on the first night. Well Jasmine came alive at about midnight, had a mad 20 minutes then finally settled on her bed and slept right through. I was woken up at 7.30am with a doglet wrapped round my head. ;D ;D Much better than any alarm I've ever had. ;D We're off to the vets very shortly. I'll let you know how she gets on.

OMG just sobbed my heart out as the first photo made me think I was looking at the face of my old dog Sophie! Jasmine is gorgeous, hope all goes well at the vets.

Michaela rang from the Vets this morning. Little one was already microchipped, and on tracing her chip we found the owner. The dog has now been released into our care and chip changed into the Rescue. A bonus is that she did have her vaccinations as well whilst with the owner.
