Henry was left in a bucket, with a lid on it outside a Vets in Kent. One of our members lives just a short walk from the Vets and they know she is in our Rescue so phoned her to see if we could take him. Little Henry Huckett came in today. Hairless Very thin His little legs are at the moment out of shape, as we think he has been either kept in a small basket or box He weighs next to nothing and is around 12 weeks old. This is a stunning little man, with a very outgoing nature. He is being fostered in Essex with Helen and her 3 Lurcher girlies and came to me today to be chipped and met the gang here, 3 males and 5 females. He is curious, lively and determined not to let his appearance or state interfere with cuddles and love. What a poppet. I'll leave his foster mum Helen to fill you in. The photos won't be pretty, but he will be one day.

Well what can I say about little Henry Hucket?? He's not hiden his personality thats for sure He's bold and inteligent, cheeky and cute. He's not bothered about the way he looks, and says neither should you be Infact he's not bothered about anything. How these little things that have clearly had such a rough start bounce back amazes me, but he really has. I knocked over an empty bottle of beer earlier, my 3 big girls all fled the kitchen all skidding on the laminate, Henry just licked up the spilt beer He has found his voice, and isn't afraid to tell you he wants to play, but short NO and he just opts for cute instead He's going to have a bath in a bit when 'helpers' have gone to bed, I'll post some piccies then.

Bless you Henry huckett. His overnight with us was only brief but the impression he left was huge. His character is as huge as he is skinny, from the time we collected him from the vets he never showed what terrible ordeals he must have suffered but was bright bubbly and affectionate from the word go. Good luck Helen

From being a baby in a bucket you are now a baby with a fan club and all the world to grow in. A big thankyou to every one involved in giving this boy a chance.
