I think she is lovely but sometimes people just want the small cute dogs. Trouble is there are so many pups around at the moment I am sure people go for them first, give me an older dog any time surely there must be some one out there looking for a lovely dog like Holly. She reminds me a lot of Joy's Bonnie and I met Bonnie before she went to Joy and I know how lovely she is.

I am so surprised she hasn't been snapped up. She looks like Bonnie and from what you say is the same temperament. Since losing Sam Bonnie needed more running 'help' I bought one of those ball throwers and she goes like the clappers. Bonnie is just 27kilos. I will mention her to all dog people I know. People ask me if Bonnie is up for re-homing as she tends to lean on people and look at them with those eyes. I am sure a home is out there for lovley Holly.

Their similarity is amazing, although Bonnie is just a little bit smaller and lighter. ;D Might be worth dropping a few hints on your island, Joy. She wouldn't be the first one living on Hayling! Viviane. X

Lovely photos Karla While she is still waiting, she certainly is having such a wonderful time with you & yours. and Bonnie could almost be her older sister I hope her forever home is just around the corner. Homing over here is dreadfully slow as well - I have 12 dogs in rescue - all sorts and not a peep.....even for smallies ! Big hug for big Holly

I hope so - it's a shame people can't see all of Holly's thread unless they join the Forum. It helps to see how dogs come on in foster homes. Bonnie is doing her best to promote the Irish Coleens. Keep your fingers crossed.

Having just looked at these last photos she remind's me of Dave, he has a fluffy grey brindle coat but if he was the same colour they would look remarkably similar. If her temperament is like Dave's, and it sounds like it is, I can see why you love her so much. She is adorable.

;D Yes, yes, yes, let's all keep our fingers crossed for Holly-Berry!! ;D I might be wrong of course but would not be surprised if it was a home offer from Hayling as we down here on the South Coast seem to be very fond of Irish lasses! Viviane. X
