Even though he has dirty teeth, I would have thought under a year Wyn. Thank you so much for yesterday. Sorry, once again, we didn't get to chat over a cuppa. He is gorgeous though.

It's good to know that 3 little dogs are safe, even if it was a 'challenging transport run'.

Yep I'd agree ;D when he was in the car I had a better look and his back teeth are really quite white so just a little tartar on the front canine which will soon be cleaned off with a bit of a chomp on some juicy bone or dental sticks He was so good in the car and took everything in his stride very nosey though wanted to see where he was going all the time Hope everyone had a good night ??

Ive been using a dental treatment recommended by sexy vet which is great.
Dentagen chew sticks - theyre green and look rather odd, but after a course of 1 every other day for 2 weeks Ed's plaque had 70% disappeared.
Im using them on James and Henry now and can see a noticable difference.
I also use the Dentagen Aqua in their drinking water.
Got them for about a tenner online. At the vets they were £14 for 14 (1 month)

He's being as good as gold. He's clean in the house, sleeps well, gets on great with other dogs and is the perfect little boy After our walk this morning I was so tired that I went for a nap on the sofa, and Bobby jumped up and snuggled under the blanket next to me He loves to be cuddled, bless him. He went the vet yesterday, and weighs around 15.5kg, and was given a clean bill of health He's had his vaccinations and microchip (which made him yelp ) The vet also thinks he's a year or under, but he does act quite puppyish. He also knows how to sit on command, so someone's obviously taught him More photos soon.

I think the photo of Bobby nestled with his legs in the air says it all brought a tear to my eye

Hi, I'm new to the forum so hello to all. I'm not sure if this is where to show interest in a dawgy but here goes: Has this little one been cat tested? And do you think he will get much bigger? We have a large, very friendly deerhoundx and would like a smaller friend for him. Our Archie has epilepsy so if this little one isn't too hyper, or wanting to show dominance, we would be interested in him. We live in Essex.

Hi Jammoon, welcome to the forum! I'm the owner of a big deerhound cross as well, I'd love to see pictures of Alfie To properly register interest for a dog you need to contact Jenny (Mimsmum) for an application form and then you need to be homechecked In regards to Bobby, he hasn't been cat tested, but I get the feeling he might be a chaser, as we were out walking the other day and he spotted a couple of birds really far away, and he became very fixated and was lunging to get at them, so I'm not sure about cats

Thanks for the quick reply. I have started a thread under Homes Offered instead. Shame Bobby might not be cat friendly as he's gorgeous! Piccy of Archie below
