Just the best ending ever for Jester, seven is a lucky number but you might still want number eight when they come along. ;D ;D Congratulations to all

OMG you have caught up with Jenny - mind you, havent caught up with laurie yet Nope, I am not that mad. I know my limits. Even if Jack Russells are small, they still count, so 7. Mad as hatters those Tyler-Mounts.

Welcome to the Mad House ;D 7 has always been my lucky number ;D What can I say, we're not very good at this fostering lark They always seem to settle in too well and bring more to the pack that their number would give away. The special ones bring out hidden little good bits of all the others Jester has turned Ollie back in to a puppy, and has soften Bodhi's play, brought tolerance to the Old Man Sam who runs along side playing with him. We never thought that we would adopt a puppy, let alone a boy, hence we thought we were safe fostering this little Irish Boy. But over the last couple of days it was too apparent how Jester had settled. Yes I know that he probably would of settled in a new home etc but when Jester is taken away from my pack it is their reaction that made us realise he needed to stay All we can say is THANK YOU to SLR and mainly Jenny for sending yet another perfect brindle foster boy to us Right then, names.......... as lovely as Jester is it can be a little difficult to say after a glass of wine , so we have chatted it over and think that Lennox, Lenny for short, suits him and is easier to say Welcome to the family, and your extended family Lennox Love ya SLR

Perfik just perfik You can never tell what's around the corner ... we weren't planning on houndie number 3 and certainly not number 4 ... but Lenny The Lurcher and your pack are made for each other. Having seen how they are, they belong together . If we hadn't swept Suki away so quickly, Jester/Lenny may not have come to Pooch Palace at Chez Gilly's. See, some things are just meant to be .

My little Lenny has taken his first steps to become a brave boy Lenny is such a confident, playful and friendly dog to all he meets but when not out with his pack I'm afraid it's a different story. Lenny becomes very timid and unsure of himself, he hides behind me and even growls are other dogs So last night Lenny and I went off to dog training to a local lady, Francis who is fostering for Lurcher s** (small world), for his assessment. Lenny was very scared and it took me five mins just to get him in to the hall Once in he made he noticed Jake (Lurcher s** foster lurcher) and went over for reassurance, Jake is also very nervous of people but loves dogs so they really helped each other out Lenny one by one met the other dogs and then we started the clicker training, WOW my Lenny is very smart and picked it up straight away, I guess it helps that he loves his treats All in all the hour went really well and Lenny has been invited to complete the course, then fingers crossed we will move on to the next level Proud of you Little Lenny, you will be as confident out on your own as you are with your pack in no time
