We rehomed Holly a couple of months ago locally, and she is a lovely girl. The family already had Phin, whom they rehomed from a family themselves. Due to their mother now needing constant medical care Phin and Holly need to be rehomed, as they are now travelling miles each day so that the mother can be cared for. In five weeks time the family move in with the mother and the dogs cannot go with them. We need to find a home for Phin and Holly together. They are both just over two years old and a lovely pair of dogs. Good on lead and good off lead. Holly is an SLR dog but Phin is a private rehoming. We would like to keep them both together as they are such a good pair.

It's very sad when people's circumstances change unexpectedly. I feel for the family. I do hope Holly and Phin find a new home very soon.

I have emailed you. Yes, we rehome 200 miles of base in Harlow, Essex. We would like to keep them together, as they do love each other, but they have only been together since Christmas.

What a shame this has to happen - their family has my sympathies. Such a big change in life must be traumatic enough without having to worry about this lovely pair. I hope something comes up for them soon.

Thank you all for your kind support . Holly & Phin are two wonderful dogs no cat issues no chase issues good recall no fight instinct with other dogs. However they are becoming stressed as we are forever in the car all hours of the day &night. We are not able to give our time to them as we would wish to. What with our heart strings being tugged trying to do the right thing for mother & Holly & Phin. We will transport holly & phin anywhere as we would like to hand them over to a new future xx

what about posting Holly and Phin on dogsblog? I found Paddy on there and you never know they may get lucky? Worth a try maybe? www.dogsblog.com

Is anyone having thoughts of considering Holly & Phinn? Let me tell you if you took them on you would have 2 of the easiest dogs on the block they love the car do not bother about cats, horses, chickens bikes etc etc etc etc. They love to climb up to get hugs. they are both fabulous with children trust me we have 16 grandchildren!!
We could not have foreseen the current situation had we tried, it happened in the blink of an eye..
So if your even considering then let me assure you your getting the best with these 2. we would love to see them go together to one place but we are realist and accept that this may not be able to happen, in the remaining time scale...

News just in. ;D My appeal for a foster home has come up trumps. Hopefully, Phin and Holly will be going down to Kent to be fostered with Vickiemily. ;D It would be lovely to keep the dogs together as they are such great dogs as a pair.

The tears I shed now are mixed relief that my lovely dogs will be loved and cared for. Losing them is heart rending though I know with SLR at the back of them they will be fine thank you folks for keeping them together. I will be pleased to do the transport xxxxx
