I'll be speaking to Jenny tomorrow ! I wanted to give her a day off? Does she have those?? Nope - the small print specifies that she's not entitled to them. ;D ;D ;D

I want everybody to know that she is already loved and adored. She is the funniest character...very curious about everything. Wants to play play play...and hasn't even been loose on the beach yet ! Milo has let her into his bed and that says something! She is eating for england (ireland too!) and already looks healthier than she did. Her hair is getting longer and I think she is happy. I hope so. We want to change her name but we will do it very gradually using two words twiggeeee and whatever it is going to be. I've already nick named her crowdog (leonard crowdog) who is the medicine man of the lakota sioux...as she has the most beautiful 'crow' black toe nails I've ever seen. I grew up in south dakota and she reminds me of the dogs on the res...so it might be crowdog eventually. It is a very honorable name and also signifies a person who can shape shift and camouflage themselves. She is brilliant at blending into the over grown (wildlife!!!!) areas of my garden. We love her and she will have a fantastic life here. Thank you SLR.

Fan - bloomin - tastic. I'm so pleased for you all It's not often in life you get the chance to feel great about failing I love the idea of a native american name too - my MIL's sheltie is Yahzi, meaning 'little one' - can't remember which tribe though.

Another update. Genie goes from strength to strength. She has coped with us being out for over three hours today. No howling or destruction. Evidence that they all curled up and went to sleep. Mind you they had walked four miles first thing this morning! She has begun to stand proud and confident...

It just goes to show that it is the dynamics of the dogs and home that matter for the dogs. She is so totally at home with you. ;D
