Brilliant news! Quinn had a visit today from Gill and Ian who have SLR Skippy. Sadly they lost their old boy George about six months ago and Skippy hasn't really played much since. He certainly played today, Quinn and Skippy raced around the paddock together, stopped for a wrestle and a bit of bitey face, checked in with the humans and were off again. Pleased to say that Quinn defered nicely to Skippy and I couldn't ask for a better match. Skippy is certainly going to sleep well tonight! I'm delighted to say that Gill and Ian are going to collect Quinn tommorrow morning and he will be off to his forever home with his play mate. Going to miss this lad, he's a real cuddly fella and so easy. Good luck Quinn, be happy! (Donna and Mark were photographing this meet so hopefully we can get a few pics up later)

Fabulous! Just refreshed my memory of Skippy's story and they'll make a very pretty couple! Be happy Quinn and new family. Run free over the rainbow bridge sweet George. xxx

After a quick free for all with photobucket here are a few photo's of Quinn and Skippy compliments of Donna. There may be some more from Mark soon showing the racey chasing with a bit of luck. Come on lets play. Worn out now. Snuggling up to Gill.

Oh that Gill and Ian - wonderful news. It looks like Quinn is going to get a great home and Skippy has a new best pal. Congratulations and well done to everyone who helped get to this brilliant outcome.

Gill rang earlier to say they were all back home and that Quinn had been as good as gold in the car. Bit of a different holiday souvenier, Saluki with love from Cornwall! Very quiet here without the furry eared snuggler, my pack have also been unusually subdued and had a huge group howl when I came back in without him this morning. Settling back to normal now and the timing was probaly good as Sirius was beginning to get reactive with Quinn when they got excited, I'm afraid Mr Grumpy can be a pain in the ar** at times! Good luck Quinn, I'll miss you on my bed tonight.
