Lovely video, I love watching dogs play.
We tried the snake (we called it hedgehog) too, we have also taken it out again.

Olive sits beautifully Christine....unlike resident hounds She loves her food and treats and does a good sit. She's a fun, cheeky, affectionate little girl and just needs time to help her learn all those things that other puppies learn and she's missed out on.

Olive BlogDouble Decker!Hey! I've discovered the double decker... . I like lying on the sofa with The Human but I really wanted to be on the sofa with the other dogs. I've been a bit wary about trying to get on there with them but I had to do it. There wasn't much room for me so I climbed onto the cushions at the back. It's great here and now I've decided I really like it up here. TH calls it the "double decker" but even if there's space for me on the sofa, I like it up here on the top deck! TH says I'm a cheeky monkey... I like it when she says that and I go all silly and pull this funny face. I wish I could feel relaxed and happy like this all the time

Just caught up wit this thread. What a fab job you are doing with her Christine. Hope she ends up with a great home like Oliver who you did so much for. She seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds and she obviously loves to play.

Aaaaawwwww, she looks so like Nero in those last pics. (Except he would have totally squished poor Alice flat!) You are doing a wonderful job with her Christine. Whoever adopts her will be very lucky indeed.

Olive BlogYou can't save every dog in the world....It's World Smile Day today and I've been celebrating by chasing round the garden and climbing on the garden furniture. I've also had a fab time at the special dog park The Human now takes me to. It's great there. We have the whole field to ourselves for an hour and I can run with Daisy, Comet and Alice, and my favourite is fetching the ball when TH throws it for me. I wasn't too sure about the man who runs the park and the first 2 times I met him I was frightened and barked at him through the fence. But today I saw him in the field next door and recognised him from last time when TH let me sniff him and I didn't bark. He called my name so I ran up to the fence. When I saw who it was it made me all wiggly and I wagged my tail and made a big fuss of him. He was so happy to see me and said I was a miracle girl for getting over my fears and giving him such a lovely cuddle and kisses. I even rolled on my back so he could stroke my tummy. I love him now!!! I also saw his wife on the other side of the fence a bit later, but I was frightened and barked at her. But TH said I did really well because I settled really quickly and I even let her take my lead and walk me up and down. Next time we go there TH reckons I'll be relaxed enough to say hello and maybe even wag my tail for her. I've told TH to take some photos so you can all see! I'm feeling a bit more confident and loving my time running around the dog park. TH says you can't save every dog in the world.... but you can save one, and that's ME!!!
