We're Paddy's prospective new parents and are getting very excited and a little bit nervous that it all goes well when we introduce our Conor to Paddy on Saturday. Not that we should be really as Conor is brilliant with all other dogs that he meets but you never know! And their names fit together so well - although together they sound like they might be auditioning for a Peter Kay comedy show. Can't wait to meet the little fellow now.

After a mammoth 160 miles round journey and two pups coming back with us, we can say that the gorgeous Paddy pup is home. He was an absolute poppet on meeting Conor and had a lovely off lead walk with his new mum and dad, finding himself yet a new piece of wood to carry. This little man was hard to give up. He gives the best cuddles and the best snuggles in bed. But he happily went off with Tony and Sarah and Conor. My hair was as bad Sarah! Conor has gained a little weight since his brother passed over the rainbow bridge, but they are hoping he will get a bit fitter again. Conor is 9. Michael took some photos on his phone, but at the moment we have two pups to sort out!
