Both arrived and happy. Grace was scared but once she saw Helen's dogs and Rory again she was fine. x

Well done Janine. I'm betting it won't be long before she's settled in and bouncing around with a happy smile on her face

thanks so much Janine for what you are doing for Grace & for the updates today. She has had to face more in the past 48 hours than in the past 13months & from what you have said, she's not done too badly for such a shy girl. Well done to the ferry men allowing you to stay in the car with her, I thought that might be a hurdle too far for her. You are a fostermum angel, so from me & Grace xxx

Ok so gracie bless her is a really timid sweetie has a head the size of a bear but such a gentle girl. She hard a bath and just stood there as good as gold took me a bit of effort to lift her in and out on my own and I think I got as wet as her kissshe likes fresh chicken she has had a mooch round and a scan of the worktops she followed me round for a bit then has settled on the bed for a snooze. We went for a walk and she coped well with the traffic etc she prefers if she thinks ur not watching her she will venture more. Its takes a bit of persuasion to get her to move antwhere once she lays down. I knoe what gill means she has such sad eyes but fab sticky up ears x I am hoping she will just crash out tonight and sleep of her last few days x she has a head the size of a bear.

Well done Janine - I am sure you will gain her confidence soon. Hopefully the realisation of what life can be like will take the sadness from her eyes. X
