This is Bilbo reporting. Good news he he no stitches to come out IE dissolver's so i can play a little bit more now. Bilbo. I have no wish to teach my granny to suck eggs, or to labour the point Dave, but stitches, whether dissolvable or not, are intended to help the incision knit together, & it really is advisable to limit the lad's exercise a bit for a week or so to let them do their work, however frustrating this is for both you & Bilbo.

Hi Barney. It may seem to any one reading my post that i made bilbo climb mount everest, which is not the case at all, the little bit of exercise bilbo got was 1 short run of the lead, ball play roll the ball along the ground about 20 mtres for about 3mins and a short walk in my local park. And long breaks between not all at once. At 3 differant locations. It was not hard exercise it was gental exercise. No way strenuous. Dave.

Yes Barney. Ive been very very lucky to have bilbo, because i believe that bilbo has come from a good home. How he wound up in kennels we will never know, what makes me think hes come from a good home is his receptive behavior. off the lead no probs so long as no ducks, cats, squirrels, are around to distract him, his recall is good, he will walk by my side of the lead. hes a very special dog. Which is making it very easy for me add to his receptiveness IE in training. PS also very clean in house, poty trained. Dave.

So pleased for you Dave - although it was obvious from the start Bilbo was going nowhere once you had him!! You've had so much fun together already and I'm sure you'll have lots more !! Perfect match!!!

Another lovely pic of Bilbo!! A fluffy toy like his is Tilly's favourite - she has one outside which gets wet and soggy and fiflthy and one for inside, which is slowly being chewed to bits!! They've got to play though, haven't they??!!!
