Little No Name came to us today. Another good rescue that helps us told us about him. He is approximately 16 weeks old. Uncle Barney is giving him some tlc tonight and he has been secured a foster place in Kent where he will be assessed and spoilt rotten, I am told ;D He is probably a saluki x by the shape of his head and he has lovely half dark brindle legs. Slight brindle to the sides of his face and a white chest. He licks for England and is a steady little traveller in the car. I have been forbidden from having him even overnight Although I don't know why ;D ;D LITTLE NO NAME WILL BE ASSESSED BY HIS FOSTER FAMILY. HE NEEDS MICROCHIPPING AND HIS INNOCULATIONS. HE WILL NEED A HOME WHERE SOMEONE IS AROUND PRETTY MUCH 21/7. A HOMECHECK WILL BE CARRIED OUT ON ANY SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION. Gorgeous...

We went round to Uncle Barneys tonight and No Name has settled in so well with the Harlow hooligans! He is such a quiet little mite and seems happy with his lot. He really liked Michael and laid down with him whilst he repaired a damaged land line Spot, where are you ;D Look at the size of those feet. I'm sure he won't grow into them ;D

Sleeping at Chez Uncle Barney tonight .....................................where he's so far proved to be a real poppet, except for trying to destroy the temporary internet fix that Mimsdad kindly put in place for me this evening!
This really is one exceptional little pup & is a joy to have around. He's made friends with the resident hounds & is very affectionate: he's given Mummy Chook, Mimsdad & myself more face washing than we probably need - probably in revenge for me bathing him when he arrived in the home-kennel! He's also an accomplished countersurfer for one of such a tender age.
'Tis probably just as well he's off to his foster home tomorrow, or else I could easily see myself not letting him go! ;D ;D ;D

Rusty. Just look at those legs! I don't think that will buff out.

Little No-name's fosterer has just decided on a name.
He is to be called "Woody". And I think it really suits him. ;D

I'm sure the name will suit him down to the ground.
He wouldn't do anything naughty, would he? ;D ;D
Where's he being fostered?

Good one John! ;D He is in Sevenoaks in Kent with Sofi's litter sister Fern. And spoilet rotten he will be. A little TLC and he will be back to his puppy state in no time, and running Fern ragged. ;D ;D

Dry Hill's a bit of a trek for us north of the river but it's where we took Dodger once to meet prospective adopters. But I suspect Fern's people know it already. We took Jack round the Knole, because No 1 daughter, who lives in Sevenoaks, said it was nice. She forgot to mention it's a bl**dy deer park
