We have had a very sad phone call today from a couple who are trying to re-home their 10 year old lurcher girl. Their now 20 month old Toddler is harrassing her to the point that she is now snarling at her. They also have another baby on the way. We need a foster home/permanent home for this girlie. details hopefully to follow tomorrow.

Do we have any idea if she's small dog/ cat friendly? Any medical history/problems?

Poor Pippa being ousted, can't they teach their toddler not to harrass her? She looks lovely

They are doing this for the good of Pippa and I think that Pippa will have a much happier life being out. No Jo, don't worry, we have a lovely lady who has a 10 year oldie herself who is interested. Fingers crossed everyone that we match these people up together, and soon. xx

Sorry people, we had a three hour meeting here today and then i had to rush off to walk Tag and Milo at Pish and onto the school run.
Lovely news. Jane has adopted Pippa. She brought her home yesterday afternoon but has been settling her in making sure that all was well. This update so far, but Jane promises to send photos when she gets her camera sorted.
"She seems to be settling down, although she is obviously a little bewildered at present. She and Bobsy get along fine and she really seems to enjoy her walks. I have not let her off the lead yet though, as I am not sure whether she will come back to me. Sue and Ian were upset to see her go (I don't think they expected me to take her back with me straight away and thought that they would have her for another week). I will send some pictures as soon as I have some (camera out of action at present)"
I'm sure piccies will follow soon.
Jennyx.
