*big smile*
Can't wait for Ralph to come to live with us. He may end up with a different name again I'm afraid, Andrew was keen for him to go back to Trevor but it doesn't really suit him so we're gonna see what fits once he's here.
He was so happy with Clair and her family, so big thank you to them for fostering him. I'm sure he'll miss Jasper & Izzy, and their play times together, hopefully we can find him a friend soon.
Xx

Get the lovely lad settled in and bonded to both you and Andrew first, then I'm sure a friend won't be long in turning up.

Just about to start work for 3hrs, then I'm off to pick up my lovely boy!! I can't wait, this is going to be the longest 3hrs ever! We got Skippy's bed out last night, I know he'd be happy to share it I wish I fitted in it tbh, it's very comfy!!

WooooooHooooo! I bet you're counting down the minutes Sian. I know what you mean about Skippy's bed - I fell asleep in Nero's once when I was just trying it out. Wishing you a safe and trouble free journey.

Love human names for dogs. We know a lovely dog called 'Brian' and also there are lots of 'Dave's'.

I'm sure Sian will stay on the forum and keep us updated. Clair, you have been brilliant. From offering to foster a pup for a week or two, to taking on an unknown adult. That's one under your belt.

We made it home in one piece after a bit of an eventful car journey! This cheeky boy got nearly all the way back in the boot and about 20mins from home whilst sat in traffic he decided to hop over onto the back seat and then 10mins after that to clamber through onto the front seat and try and sit on my knee!
Anyway we got home, had a nice drink and some dinner followed my some zoomies in the garden. Then after a little explore of the house we went for a walk. He let me put a harness on him and walked perfectly the whole way, no pulling at all... I'm wondering if he's been tied up at some point hence not liking and pulling when on a collar and lead.
Once we were home he had a bit more to eat before conking out on his bed.
He was very good while andrew and I ate our dinner, didn't mooch for our food at all.
Following that there was more zoomies in the dark outside this time and he didn't want to come in, had to lure him with a treat!
Now sound asleep again!
Will update with photos tomorrow, I'm writing this on my phone and can't see how to add pics!

I'm so happy for you all. I'm sure it won't be long before he settles into your routine and works out that he is a passenger in the car and not the driver! Looking forward to seeing more pics of the handsome boy.
