It seems that he cares not about his wounds. More interested in being happy. Oh, and rubbish bins, seeing the way he eyed them up at Tesco when Tim was hoping he'd have a pee. The dog. Not Tim. I think.

Great to see he has landed! It never ceases to amaze me how they can be so friendly after what they have been through. Good luck little fella with those nasty wounds, have fun with your new friends xx

Just a quick update as we're off to the vets in a minute to have his wounds look at, the neck/chin one specifically as its weepy. He has been the perfect house guest so far, is sooooo affectionate and his tail doesn't stop wagging. He and Phoebe had a great time zooming around the garden this morning. I'll post again later with video & a few pics (not easy to take cos he hasn't kept still and walks over for a cuddle if I crouch down).

Funtime friendly Floyd is a star, what more can I say. There is much to say but to be honest I'm a tad too tired to say much more after a very late night last night, doing the meet n greet with our girls almost in the dark and settling Floyd in after an evening of 'fruity' adrenaline, then today with sooo much energy to burn up when he realised his new life wasn't just a dream, it's been a non-stop 24 hours. The camera has been snapping but Photobucket will have to wait til I'm awake enough to tackle it. For now though here's a few video clips of this lovely boy and a certain ginger nutter who goes where ever he does. Things started out nice and slow this morning... And then built up to lots and lots of this... And then some more tonight too... So far he's pretty much flawless, amazingly affectionate and trusting. I've never known lurcher leans like it and that helicopter tail is a sight to behold. It's hard to believe he's only been here 24 hours. What a boy

Lovely name, different, I like it. Surprised he's going straight to 'hounds needing homes?. He sounds like he needs time to recover, and time for his character to be come out.

What a lovely lad. Think Phoebs likes the new visitor! I notice Kali is keeping out of the way - she is probably enjoying a bit of peace!

Really wonderful to see them larking about! He's got a lovely proud stance; looks a bit doberman-like in that respect. PS...all 3 of our boys pee like a girl about 80% of the time. The one who gives the raised leg manoeuvre the most effort is Boris!
