Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! I'm excited now! He is going to look just like Sykes when he grows up. He was certainly a poppet when we met him... ...what's he going to be called?

He is going to look just like Sykes when he grows up. He's not so far off now! :

Judging by the short time he was here, something catchy like: "Oi you pesky angipode, get your head out of the bin!" or alternatively, & a tad more concise: "Oi, off there!" ;D ;D ;D

He's a friendly wiggly little chap though, isn't he?
I thought, as he's kind of a mini-Sykes and Sykes was with me when we came across him, he could have a name with Dickensian connections... Oliver? Fagin? We've already had a Dodger. Artie (for Artful)? I haven't got a copy of Oliver Twist here to look up names.
Or did Jenny say he was dog number 42? If so, a Hitchhiker's Guide related name (but not Vogon).

We have had to juggle dogs around today. So, pay attention.
Gem is now at Barneys for one week. Joh and Viv are having a well deserved holiday.
Charlie is with me. Recovering very nicely and woffled down his dinner.
Little *Figgy" as Jazz has called him is staying tonight with Jazz and will be here tomorrow for one more night before going onward to Nina for fostering.
I too thought he would be much bigger than first thought. He is a tiny little soul, about 16 inches at the shoulder and so so lovely in nature.
Are you with it.... I am off to bed shortly as I am so knackered today. Uncle Barney can't be far behind me for the knackering stakes today.... Night night all. xx

He is now Robbie on his microchip. Not sure I should send him down to you Nina He is absolutely gorgeous and so well behaved. We have been back from the vets about an hour. Poor little soul is very thin and the Vet Sue on duty today had trouble getting the chip into him. It bled and then she tried to the side and poor mite jumped yelping. In the end he had to be sedated and then chipped He has a clean bill of health. Sue thinks he is about 8 months old, and will need neutering in about 5 weeks time. He is a polite well behaved and lovable little man. Both he and Charlie have just slotted in alongside the Symmons gang. He has now had a lovely bath which he accepted readily, unlike Charlie Smelling of roses and having his flea treatment next. He is smaller than Sofi. So tiny and so lovely. Someone is going to get such a lovely little lad, that's if you can get him back off Nina, once Pete sees him. So, all ready for the off Nina...... ;D Some piccies of Robbie and the last one is Iggy still trying to sleep off the sedative from his microchipping.

We had a really good night with little Iggy. We put a small bed in the corner of the bedroom and he did start there. But preferred to sleep on Mollie's bed and then on Megan's bed. ;D He woke Michael for a wee at about 2 a.m. and then tried to wake me at 8.00 a.m. I was too slow and poor little Iggy left me a number two on the landing. He looked so sorry for doing it. I think little Iggy has been smacked in the past for making mistakes in the house. He is a well behaved little lad, apart from jumping clean onto the kitchen table to investigate the fruit His character and temperament remind me of a certain little lodger that Jules often has to stay. Even his face is so so similar. This morning he jumped onto Michael's chest and licked him and wagged and snuggled. He is so so cute. Even Miss Elly who hates pups has come and sniffed him and stood next to him for treats!! Poor mite, last night before Charlie went to Keiths, was scared out of his wits by Charlie being grumpy and dashed into the garage and jumped into the first available box. Michael had to carry him out. He then gained back some of his confidence and had a lovely evening with Tag and the girlies. Tag loves all new doglets and soon has them playing. Little one decided to sunbathe this morning. He likes our sofas And he will persist in trying to make friends with inanimate objects ;D He is learning and watching the others play, but is a little scared of their rough raaraars A word of warning Nina. Don't leave anything on the worktops as this little one can jump. He likes 3 meals a day at the mo, and eats really nicely, but will then go and try and munch out of someone Else's bowl. He's been lucky here, they are very tolerant of little ones, but he is a very little piglet ;D So, we are off to enjoy a walk with little piglet, and try and get some video before he goes off on his next adventure in life with Nina and hopefully lots of lovely home offers. No applications from anyone who works, as little Iggy is only a baby and needs someone around most of the time.

Just back from meeting Nina halfway to deliver little Iggy into his foster home. He has been an absolute poppet here and I think Tag will miss him terribly. They formed quite a bond and little Iggy would follow Tag around and lie in whichever room Tag did. Bye bye Iggy, have a lovely time with Nina. You are the loveliest of little pups.xxx A ride in the B.M.W. to foster home, arrive in style little man. ;D Kayleigh gets the cuddles whilst Nina drives home. Thank you Nina for all the lovely goodies to sell for the rescue. Sorry we didn't have a lot of time to have a cuppa with you but we hadn't had lunch and had some meat in the car for dinner. I still need to hoover the car out for the school run tomorrow. Look after little precious. He is so lovely.
