Hi - it's me Bobby. Just thought I'd update you on what I'm up to. The picture is of me with some friends on a trip to the seaside. Sid the other dog in the photo and I had great fun chasing each other through the surf. Poco the little one just couldn't keep up. The boss tells me that I'm pretty good at being off the lead and coming back when called. I've also met up with Zecki the cat and we get on pretty well. Today I met up with something called a garden tractor - a horrible noisy smelly yellow thing which eats grass then decides it doesn't like it and spits it out at me. Mind you for all its noise it can't run as fast as me. My new home is great and I'm growing very quickly. Hope you are all well and I'll keep in touch. Bobby

Hi - it's Bobby here again. Last time I told you about meeting Zecki the cat and how we got so well. Now it seems as if this coming weekend I meeting something called a ewe. I understand its a fluffy white thing that is likely to run away from me. The boss tells me that I mustn't chase it or act interested in it. So much to learn for a young pup like me. I know when I've got something wrong because they call me Robert instead of Bobby. Some more pics taken this morning. In one of them you see me chasing Sid. He is faster than me at present but I know that one day he will be eating my dust. Will let you know how I get on. Bobby

Hi - it's been a great summer but it's raining now so I thought I'd give an update on what I've been up to. First, I'm so chuffed that my brother Jake has found himself a great home. Well, I've been swimming lots because I just love the water and fetching sticks that the boss throws in, though I don't understand why he keeps on doing it after I've brought them back. Some humans just don't seem to learn - I'll just have to keep on with the training. I've made lots of friends and get on well with cats, don't chase those fluffy white things that go baa, and only chase the deer off my land. Once they are over the fence I turn round and come home. The boss tells me off for doing it at all and calls me Robert so I know over been bad. My human partner in mischief, the boss's brother's grandson has been to stay again - he is 5 now but still can't run as fast as me. We been camping in a thing called a tent and cooked sausages oven an open fire. He kept on dropping pieces for me - we're great chums. Some pics - one of which shows me with my friend Finbar the deerhound who is just 4 1/2 months but so so big. Anyway that enough for now. Lots of love Bobby and with bro.

OMG, even upside down he is gorgeous. Thank you so much for the update. What a gorgeous pair they turned out to be. So feral when they arrived, but with such love and care they are now regular dogs. xxxx

Well Christmas has been and gone and I've played with or eaten all my presents. We went to Mrs Boss's mum for 3 days and I had a great time playing with her 2 vizlas. Then the boss said he had surprise for us. He gave my friend LD (short for Little Dog) and me passports and told us we were off to France for the New Year and how he hoped we could speak 'le woof'. A long journey down to the Pyrenees but I soon learnt that it was easy to sleep in the car. Anyway we stopped half way at something called a Chateau - very posh. We were allowed everywhere and they had a lovely park to run around in and a great big fireplace with a lovely fire just right for me to snooze in front of. When the bosses had dinner we just curled up under their table whilst the waiters stepped over or around us - some lovely smells but I had already eaten. I got to see some white stuff called snow which was very cold but great fun - especially when the boss threw snowball's for me to chase after. Very difficult to pick up as they kept on breaking up. I've put some pictures here that show me in a place called Paul with the mountains behind me and also showing how I have learnt to sit on steps. Also a couple of other pics of me and the gang on the beach and me exercising a Spinone that came to stay. I'll let you know more later Bobby
