What a lovely, happy outcome for everyone! She looks gorgeous. Hope she settles down with your Siamese. If he's anything like the one I had years ago, he'll keep on at her until she gives in and lets him cuddle and wash her.

:(Dilly has just started to allow us to handle more and tonight when she allowed me to run my hands over her body i was so upset to find just how thin she is .Under all that fur she is a bag of bones . :(Bless her . :(She is eating well .2 meals a day . I was reading about Elle and how she could still run at Dillys age .No way could Dilly run .Poor Girl. I am trying to teach her not to snatch as when she is given a treat she nearly has my fingers off .I hope you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Lovely photos - she is so grogeous. It wont be long before she's got a bit more meat on her and soon she'll let you groom her and make her shine! xx

Dilly will remain a Foster Dog for life with Brenda and Brian, and this topic is going over to the Sponsored Dogs for Life section.

:)Dilly has only been with us for 9 days but it seems like she has been here forever . She has settled in really well .She loves us now just as much as we love her .Dilly has mastered the stairs now and the quilt has been removed .She still watches out of the window but now it is looking for her new dad to come in from work . At the moment she is sleeping with cat blankets as well as her own and the cats are doing the same .Makes the getting used to each other a lot easier .We will get there .We have the muzzle until Hoi Sin gets the message to leave her alone .He just wants to lay on her like he did with Brooke .Maybe one day . Her back legs do seem stronger as she was very wobbley on her legs when getting up and if she stood for a short while her back legs would shake ,this is also improving . She loves her walks although she cant do long walks .We try to stimulate her brain by taking her different places . She is going to the groomer this week so will come home even more beautiful and smelling a lot nicer and she badely needs a manicure .Dillys makeover time ;D
