Sadly Dilly's owner died and she has been taken in by the family in Somerset. It is not working as Dilly is used to a quiet life and the young children of the family are not what she needs. We are going to help the family to find Dilly a home for the rest of her life. She is going to be microchipped this weekend and vaccinated. And if we can get a volunteer to visit them near Crewkerne then we will get some more photos and know more of Dilly. It is such a shame. She looks so so sad.

She does look sad, but hopefully a forever home can be found and we will see some pics of her with a smile She is gorgeous and has a great name!

I do hope that Dilly can be assessed speedily and is deemed okay to be moved into foster. She must be so confused and, judging by the information and the photo, clearly needs some peace, quiet and cuddles A x

Oh! what a beautiful example of a deerhound lurcher, and if her temperament goes the same she will will be a wonderful companion for a good few years yet. Let's hope a foster can be found soon.

I'm doing my best with Del. He says MAYBE.......If nobody else comes forward then MAYBE he MIGHT consider it. That's better than an absolute NO I guess.
