All is forgiven ..... he is a little protective over his food so at the moment he is being fed separately then he is fine ... i think he is just so hungry Also the cat training was going fine with my male cat, but not my female I'm afraid, she is a lot more timid and he thinks she is fair game this nearly ended in carnage this morning I will speak to Jenny about it ..... but he may have to move fosterers

Oakley will be moving on tomorrow - I feel terribly guilty but i have to put my cats safety first So I think it is safe to say that Oakley shouldnt be homed with small furries ... he has decided that they are put on this earth for him to chase I am sure his new foster mummy will keep every one updated - I for one will be following his thread with a heavy heart ..... We will miss his handsome face

Thanks Mark - and you are right, if he had liked both my cats it would have been a struggle to let him go - one of the finest dogs i have had the pleasure to meet .....

Big hugs Kate things haven't worked out for you with Oakley, with him being too keen on your poor cats. Least he's been safe and warm at home with you for a while and not in the cold kennels. Sx

Moaned a bit when first put into the crate but slept through the night. Has had a bit of a rampage this morning - he's particularly partial to a Christmas card or two! Took his tablets perfectly with a bit of goats cheese.
Lovely boy!

Thank you so much ladies for sorting this out yourselves. Don't feel bad Kate, your cats have to come first. At least now we know that he would only be able to live with a cat that could stand firm and box him one, and then with some supervision.

This boy is such a beauty! Had to pop to ASDA this morning so brought them a pigs ear back. Billy takes his upstairs (and is probably still chewing it now), Dusty took about four minutes to finish hers - and Oakley hoovered his up in about 30 seconds! Bless him.

Have just come back from walking Oakley over the fields - had him in a harness and a long training lead - I think his recall needs a lot of work I'm walking around with a pocket full of Kibble and when I call him and he comes to me then he gets a bit. Luckily he is very food oriented
