Plenty of dog beds around but foster dad's tum is much more comfy..... Little Freddie continues to be an absolute poppet. Alice has now taught him not to jump up at my legs when I'm serving up food. Think I'll just leave the training up to her

I always think that it's easier to train a puppy when there's an older dog around. ;D Always assuming that the older dog is well behaved

He would be small enough to pop in the post Kate and Archie would love it if we did .......but I'd miss him

Quick update on the little lad.... It's hard to take many photos of this little chap. He doesn't stay still long enough!! Freddie continues to make great progress. He is much more used to other dogs now and the big wide world around him. Mostly dry and clean during the day, only the very occassional accident now and usually only one wee on his puppy pad at night. He runs to the back door when he wants to go out, clever lad. He will sit and wait for his food very nicely and is also very well behaved when we are eating. He is a very quick learner and only needs a very firm NO or LEAVE and seems to get the message. He will also do anything for a treat which makes training so much easier. He loves people and certainly loves a cuddle. We are not short of those here! A delightful bundle of fun

He's doing well walking with the big boys and girls too. Bax joined us all this morning and Freddie liked him.

Little Freddie came off lead for a while this morning whilst out on our walk with Jenny and gang. He was such a good little boy. His recall is very good.....apart from when there is a tasty bit of cow poo to munch on He slept soundly after he got home This afternoon I walked all 3 of them up to the village. He walks extremely well on the lead for such a youngster. He sleeps beautifully at night, not a peep out of him. This little chap is such a lovely character
