Those blooming hounds Elaine. We break our hearts when they go and they just don't look back. Many brownie points already awarded from here. xxx

I certainly dont think she has forgotten you... there was a greyhound 'rooing' on the telly today, and her head shot up off the bed so quick i thought it would fall off! lol xx

Oh, I've just seen this thread - well done Ruth! Almost under the radar that one - I hadn't clocked it at all. She's so gorgeous and so is your lad - and I notice you're based fairly near me! Maybe we'll be able to hook up with the hounds at some point, I'd like to get a few more walking friends! x

I'm still astounded at how calm and serene she is... am still waiting for her to do something naughty! But she hasnt... the worst thing she has done so far, is nick an (empty) envelope off the side, and place it gently on the floor... and gave me enormous brown eyes as if to say, it would have fallen down there anyway... Her and Charlie play like a dream, (Charlie hasnt quite got the hang of this 'playing' lark yet, but is getting there...) The garden is 'grassless' and looks like a ploughed field already, the house has a film of muddy dust over everything, big paw prints on the floor Perfect really! How much better can it get!?
