It's always a relief having them back after a trip to the vets! Well done to little Tinks, I'm sure she'll be happier tomorrow once she's more settled again. No doubt she'll be spoilt rotten during her convalescence! Sweet dreams Tinks xx

A very sore and tired Tinkerbell - Bless her A couple of days and she will be feeling loads better ..... I worry about my fosters just as much as my own so has been a bit of a stressful day to say the least - just glad she is back home xxx She has just had some chicken for dinner and i have kept her collar off for a bit to give her a break (and my legs!!!)- obviously i am checking she doesnt chew on her wound... The lucky girlie is having a visitor on Friday - obviously nothing set in stone and she is still very much available - but fingers and paws crossed.... Kx

What gorgeous pics Kate! We've had a hilarious evening here! Young Adam has been 'training' Alfie! Not sure Alfie understood the call to be a 'ninja' but he tried his best bless him and Adam can't stop giving him treats! Didn't have the heart to tell Adam that Alfie's eaten his cardboard 'lightsabre' today! Thank goodness Father Christmas is coming soon!!! jo xxxx

Too right Kate - they are both gorgeous! (I do agree that brindles are very special... but then we're biased aren't we?) Tinks looks very content; she's obviously put the shock of the vets visit behind her! xx

Tinks is looking stunning today, glad she has bounced back so fast. As for her shinny, velvet black coat, you can see now why I am a lover of the black ones Saying that I didn't realise until Scruff came here how fascinating the brindle coat is.

Since fostering for SLR i have learnt a very valuable lesson - dont choose a dog for their colour - temperament is far more important .... I was never really interested in black dogs before Tink came along .... she is so beautiful, her coat is amazing - looks great with snow flakes on it Your hand just glides over her, its quite gorgeous, i could stroke her all day ..... Fairy Tinkerbell is having a visitor tomorrow lunchtime - fingers crossed.... Kx (and i hope you can sleep Annalie!!!!)

Well, Fairy Tinkerbell has just had a lovely visit with Annalie and George the Whippet .... it went brilliantly .... So she now has a big fat reserved sticker on her bum - she will be meeting the rest of the family on sunday and hopefully will be off to her new forever home just in time for Christmas. Get the box of man sized Kleenex ready she has totally stolen my heart ........ Kx
