Scruffy is just beautiful, both Mark & I fell for this cheeky chap today..... if only we had room for a fourth hound He's absolutely stunning looking but also a pleasure to be around. He had a mad 5 minutes with all the other hounds today and then quite happily walked the rest of the walk on his lead. He will be a fabulous dog for anyone willing to give him a chance - good luck beautiful xx

Thank you for the lovely words about Scruff Carla. He really is a little (BIG) treasure and is so good off lead and with any breed of dog. ;D I think he stole the heart of a few people today and had the manners of a saint. ;D

Hi everyone, I had a great Christmas and New Year with my Foster family, I got lots of presents, toys, bones, a coat and even my own knitted snood. ;D ;D ;D Mummy and Daddy took me and the others to Manor Farm today and I ran flat out for 20 mins until my long legs were too tired to carry me. Mummy muzzled me for the first time today because I have this naughty (lurcher) habit of grabbing the Jack Russell's by the neck and rolling them over , I didn't mind the muzzle at all and it means I don't upset the Jacks ;D ;D Mummy took lots of pic's but her camera has broken and we can not get them off But we are looking forward to meeting everyone on Sunday at the beach, Mummy has told me all about Kate and Indy so I will have to give Kate my cutest look Love Scruff x x

Scruffy was fabulous on the walk with all them houndies and he looked like he enjoyed every minute of it. Scruff would definitely enjoy the company of another dog in his forever home I think as he seemed to love being with every one of the other 12 hounds that were on the walk. Being such a big gentle lad it's easy to forget that he's still so young.... that is until he starts to play and boy does he have lots of energy! Little Dexter made sure to keep out of the lads way for fear of being squished in the excitement.... lol. Mark & I were talking about just how lovely Scruff was last night.... in fact Mark made a couple of comments about how fabulous he was and what a handsome boy he was.... me thinks someone is a little smitten I notice Sally caught a shot of Mark giving Scruff some extra loving on Sunday.... the camera never lies!!

Oh Karla, me thinks Mark is also smitten and he does love your hounds. He is a big hound and sometimes does think he is a little Jack Russell the way he runs around but there is no aggression, just lots of love for playing with dogs and toys. Scruff is so much fun to have around, he wakes up in the morning in such a fun, happy mood and the way he greets me is as though he hasn't seen me in days ;D ;D I love this hound, and I will be honest I can't imagine life without him Scruff's got his 2nd vax tomorrow and hopefully he will be a big brave boy for the vet

Hi all, Update on our gorgeous Scruff He still walks perfect on the lead His recall is spot on every time called, he will run off to say hello to most dogs but comes back when called and the bonus is that if the dog he runs up to is not to friendly he is very fast so can run away ;D Eats separate to my gang as can get a little food aggressive Never had an accident in the house, totally clean Very energetic and loves to play with every dog he sees, can be a little boisterous as I really don't think he realises his size Plays well with toys and shares with no problems Does run out the dog flap barking (very much a guard dog), I am going to try a citrus collar to see if that breaks the habit Very affectionate and loves his cuddles with Ollie and his Mummy & Daddy Scruff is one of the loveliest dogs I've ever met, he has stole our hearts
