Huge thank you to Sue and Dave for taking on Monty, not an easy first foster, who knows what happened to this poor lad before he came into your care. Happy life ahead for you Monty. Bless you

Monty out with his new friends Charlie (19 yesr old terrier cross), Sam 6 year deerhound/collie also daughter and her dog Bracken 18 month saluki/whippit came along for a nice walk round Dorney rowing lake. Monty so wants to come off and run with them, will have to be patient though.

What a lovely pack of woofers. Be patient Monty......I'm sure it won't be long until you can be offlead and zooming around with your mates.

I think he will be loyal and have recall Alan. Let us all know when he does and how it went. x

About time I updated on Monty ! Have heard from Alan a few times, he's sent me a couple of videos too (sorry I don't know how to transfer them onto here!). Monty is doing well, his recall is pretty good and he enjoys the others' company in his new pack. He's had a couple of short stays in Cornwall, really loving the beach.
Many thanks to Alan and Helen for giving him such a lovely home.

A little update from Alan, Monty's dad. Just got back from Cornwall, Monty loves the water although when heβs soaked through he does look like he has no fur plus everything sticks to him his fur, its like Velcro. His recall is getting better more so if I have his favourite tennis ball. We have been sitting with him on the quay side just letting him watch all the people go by and he is getting less worried about them, he has even taken a few treats from different people. What a great addition to the pack. Regards Alan
