woo hoo, Way to go Albert. You are such a clever boy! And your new slaves are very lucky. Now Simon and Helen...be very brave, you've done a brilliant job of caretaking this precious boy. No tears in front of Alberto!

Brilliant...and he's staying local. It would be fab if mattandchelle stay in touch and come on the monthly walks. And...the dirty deed indeed...I'm sending some virtual Kleenex for Helen, I know how much she loves this boy. You, on the other hand Simon, are a big rufty tufty bloke and won't need any.

Well done Simon and Helen. It will be a tearful farewell but he is going to a lovely home. Matt and Michelle say they will try and get on some of the walks.

Great to see Albert looking so happy already with his new pack Another brilliant foster Simon and Helen - I imagine there's quite an Albert-shaped hole in your home today.

Aw, I'm so happy to see Albert happy Simon and Helen, (even though he was meant to be coming here, i forgive you) you have done a wonderful job with Albert, I suspect he was difficult to say goodbye to! I feel emotional and we only had him here for a few days! Congratulations to Matt and Michelle on gaining such a gorgeous hound. I really hope to see him on our walks (and meet you of course)

I'm so pleased to see this update. He is such a lovely dog. Give them a couple of weeks and they will all be having great fun together. Thanks for the update and well done Simon and Helen for helping Albert on his journey to this new life

Phew! Some photos. Thanks Michelle. I was so keen on leaving when Albert seemed so relaxed... didn't consider my camera. I suspect Albert's general demeanour will bring Logon around. I doubt there'll be any challenge to his top dognessship. And our Ringo never phased him one bit. Helen and I were wondering who Albert would appoint as his main human. Hehe.... an 8 year old. Large hole here. We seem to have turned into a retirement home, without the Albert & Patxi play festivities.
