He is going in for " his op" tomorrow so still short walks after that for a while. Poor boy , one thing after another. Well hopefully this will be the last.
He has really grown since he's been here and is learning. When he arrived he was very nippy, not aggressive but playful. He has come in a long way with this. he is very orientated but shows no aggression at all. I have taken bones and food away from him, put my hand in his food bowl and no relation at all..

What a fright for ya. I know how i felt when Molly leaped over my shoulder whilst i was trying to put my boots on. We used a boxer puppyas bait, i can imagine anyone watching you must have wondered what you was up too

It is still early days, and talking to his referral vets on Thursday, they say that with a double break like this, it could be up to 5 months before he can safely run off lead. So slowly does it. x

It's very hard to see a seemingly healthy dog not being able to run around and join in fun and games but it's in Freddy's best 'long term' interest to take time to heal fully. Patience is not my middle name! Keep healing well vibes Freddy boy xxx

freddy is fine this morning after his op yesterday. He hasn't really had much contact with our cat, he has stayed away but I will bring him in to see how he gets along with him. We were out on a walk the other day and walked past a cat but he seemed more interested in eating the cats food than the cat. He has really grown since we got him. He is quite long in the body, I will have to measure his height but he has definitely grown.

I have just taken Freddy for his check up and he is doing fine. She said that his wound is healing nicely. They all fell in love with him at the vets and all said they wanted to take him home. He doesn't really like getting in the car but once in he is fine. Usually Ray takes him in the van and puts the cage in the back but today I took him in the car. He doesn't really know what cuddles are and we keep giving him cuddles and he is getting used to it now a bit more.
