He sounds to have a lovely temperament in spite of all he has been through. Amazing, isn't it? He sounds (no offence) an easy boy compared to 'you know who'!

ok so bruce has had a actioned packed day lol a lay in then we met up with karen scooby and shamus, scooby didnt object to him very much so he got a gold star today. bruce met shamus nicely he did try and mount him lol but as poor shamus doesnt even reach his knees bless him. we had a nice walk over arreton downs with them although it was very windy he came home had some dinner and a nap whilst i collected the kids. Then we had to shoot over to see john the vet so wednesday is d day for his plums and xrays of that leg it has less than 5-10% of movement in that joint doh_zps89b59471it looks as suspected either a dislocation that has healed as it is or a break that has self healed so generally expecting the xray to show a big lump of badly healed bone, the decision will prob be to try not to operate as may be more trouble than help but depends on how fresh and how bad the picture is. He was less steady on his good leg whilst lifting his bad leg than lifting his bad leg up He has a large bottle of metacam to keep him going the joint is still quite swollen and his back end is a bit weak bless him. He doesnt complain though, we did run the scanner over him again just to double check no chip in there but def isnt one. he came home had dinner and is snoozing again as you will see in pictures in a min. He will prob be on some kind of painkiller for the some for seeable future. so heres todays pictures bruce and grace scoobs coat kept getting blown up [URL=http://s1110.photobucket.com/user/squeen2/media/20150109_132658.jpg.html [/URL] its been a hard day !!!! and he snores

He seems to take it all in his stride. In the photos he does look as tho his back legs are weak. fFingers crossed for some positive results from the X-rays. Wonder if he has been kept in a cramped kennel to cause lack of strength in his back end?
