Poppy is in her new home (about 2 miles from me). I have pics that I will put up later. I think she is going to make her new mum and doggy brother very happy - although I think Zac may not get as much napping done as perviously.

Zephyr and I dropped Poppy off at her new home this morning. First Zephyr and Poppy raided Zac's toy box Then all three started a little mayhem Zac - Poppy's new big brother showed Poppy how to play quietly Poppy stole his toy and copied him Final picture of the new little family sitting nicely

well done for taking this lovely little girlie through the trials and tribulations of rehoming and finding her this lovely new home. You did a great job and it must have been hard to let her go. Really looking forward to catching up with them all when we come over for a walk.... or maybe Gail will bring Zac and Poppy to one of our SLR walks!

Saw Pops this morning. She is still the same delightful, happy little dog and has settled in fine. Zac is sulking a bit apparently (he went and sat in the bathroom yesterday) - but I am sure she will bring him round before long. Poppy was returning nicely to hew new mum this morning when called, as long as he wasn't too distracted.

It's always nice to hear how they're getting on and I hope to meet all of them again soon

Poppy is doing so well. She loves everyone and is still charming every dog and person she meets. Today, Gail decided to let her off lead outside of the secure field. She behaved impeccably. Keeping quite close but enjoying her bit of freedom to have a sniff and a mooch into the undergrowth. She is very happy and getting more obedient by the day. Zac, her labrador brother, has accepted her and they enjoy playing together.

This is great news... well done Poppy and well done Gail for taking the plunge. It's always nerve-racking but little Poppy has been learning well from Phillipa and Zephyr and now Gail and Zac. Really looking forward to catching up with you all on a walk soon.

Poppy is a well known character around here. Her training is progressing and she will be called off other dogs - not because she wants to hurt them but because she is a bit boisterous for the small ones. There is no dog too big for her to have a game with.
She had a lovely game with a slim GSD and lab this morning at the field. She ran on ahead in a big circle and as soon as the other two drew close, she put her foot down. The GSD made the mistake of dropping her ball during the chase. First circuit Pops managed to touch it as she went past, second time she grabbed it. She loves to steal a ball and prove how much faster she is. Gail has said she is going to start charging for wearing the other dogs out. Sorry no video, too busy watching.
Zac loves Poppy and is always there to make sure that the play doesn't get too out of hand and Poppy doesn't get hurt. A very successful match.
