Wonderful news !! ;D Will be keeping everything crossed all goes smoothly on Sunday. It's going to be extremely hard for their current owners, tears all round I suspect. But they will be relieved Penny and Harry can stay together in a lovely, loving home.

such wonderful news to hear SLR have managed to find them a home together ;D, so hopefully they will settle into their new routine and home easier if they still have each other, we will be thinking of their family at the weekend and hope that they will take some comfort knowing they will be very much loved and cared for in their new home but it must still be devastating for them we wish Penny and Henry every happiness in their new home and send our thoughts to their current family too xx

Excellent news that they are staying together. I am planning to go abroad to work for a couple of years and plan on taking my two with me and renting a place. I know I will find it much harder to rent a place out there with 2 dogs and flights will cost about £3,000 each way so I am saving up now - I just couldn't give my two up. I can only imagine how tough it would be to give your dogs up.
Fingers crossed tomorrow goes well.

Best of luck to Keith and Maureen....Penny and Harry have a very lovely new home in the countryside, if all goes well, with and warm fire and a bag of dried sprats awaiting them - if Ed had had his way, it would just be the warm fire

It seems that Penny and Harry had a very warm welcome and made themselves at home straight away. They settled and slept peacefully last night and had to be woken up for brekkies! Lets hope that these sweet dogs settle into a happy home xx
