Hush thy mouth Miss Caroline. She is FOSTERING. Yes, it would be lovely if a happy ending happened, but we all know that happy endings are always down to the hounds. I read your mind Caroline.... I so read your mind. ;D

When I was young I did show jumping for a living and I was very competative, and failure was something I would not consider . However I feel a change in the wind if my old ladies will permit .

Jill will only be fostering Twiggy. She has decided that the dynamics with Dolly and Chloe would not be fair on Twiggy, so when Twiggy goes to Jill it IS as a foster. I am sure that we will have no trouble at all finding Twiggy the best forever home that we can.

What a babe in the making! We'd love to offer her a home but worry our 18 mth deerhound might be just too big and not help her nerves - he is a softie though!

A lovely turn of events has happened for Twiggy. We homechecked Heather and Paul who have a wonderful forever home waiting in the wings, and when they heard that Twiggy would only be fostered by Jill now they immediatley contacted us and offered Twiggy her forever home straight from the transport run. This is the best thing for Twiggy, so that she doesn't have too much upheival. Fostering first, and failure, hopefully on the cards. ;D

Well Hannah wasn't wrong. She is gorgeous. She came straight off the transport run and did a Megan cling to me and licked me all over, wagging at the same time. Traumatised ;D She then greeted her new daddy Paul with the same licks and tail wagging. She is absolutely beautiful. A lovely little dot. Unbelievable, seeing what she has been through and the end result. All credit to you Hannah. Here she is with Paul And get that gorgeous face

Not much thanks due to me as she was a great eater ;D and also a surviver and she had the will to forgive and could see that not all humans had hard hearts and hands.. Twiggy has done herself proud. I was so worried about her going away and how she would manage but she was all waggy tails and relaxed straight away when she got into the transport van with Donal and to see the pics of her now here on this board gives my heart a very big lift and i said to Sheena *Oh look her back is straight and the tail is wagging* Thank you all... It was also lovely to talk to Heather before she went over as well and she was so willing to accept and know what this lovely Lurcher had been through. Here is a pic of her when she arrived into me Thank you Twiggy and I wish you well, Your lovely life is just begining

Unfortunatley, Heather and Paul have phoned this evening and they feel that Twiggy's young prey drive is too much for them. She is a bouncy girlie and they have a little Shitzu which she is keen to chase around. Twiggy will NOT be staying with them and we will transfer her to a new foster home as soon as possible. Please remember folks that she is a young baby, only 15 months old and full of life and fun, and if these lurchers have a high chase drive it can be quite worrying if you have small or furries.

And we're needing a new foster home as soon as possible. Twiggy needs stability.
