As the weather has been so lovely today, we put the guinea pigs in their run in the garden. Brindie was incredibly excited by this, and ran round and round the run barking and lunging. She eventually got the message that this was not OK , and then left them alone ;D We don't think she's been out much for walks. She shows no excitement when leads come out, and when she's out she just looks a little bewildered by everything. She's not scared or unhappy, more unsure of things. I'm sure it won't be long though before she's fine though as she's such a happy thing generally. Jenny, is it OK if Katie sends you some more pictures?

Ooo she's gorgeous! Something about her reminds me so much of Tarks. Just a brindle version, and probably a lot less vocal and much more polite! Gorgeous girlie x x

Jenny, we're still working on sending some photos - tihngs aren't going well with any computer in this house! Brindie continues to be lovely, switching between cuddling, playing with Percy, sleeping and rolling around on the floor being a bit daft......

Just seen the pics of Brindie and yes she could be our peg leg Poppy's sister ...... bet she has been dumped by the same cruel people that did it to Poppy. If she is half as brilliant as our girl is then she will make some one an excellent friend.

Karen, so you think as well that little Brindie could be a little sister of your little peg leg Poppy. I was thinking they are both looking like twins, almost identical......... Wouldn't it be nice if little Brindie could find a home not too far away from where you live and you could perhaps meet up for a walk sometimes? Wouldn't it be so lovely? Viviane. X

Brindie is attracting interest. Applications are still open on her.

Brindie decided last night that she didn't want to sleep downstairs, thank you. So she opened the doors and came upstairs where she had a cosy night snuggled up in bed with my eldest daughter Oh, and I left her uncrated when we popped out for some shopping yesterday, and everything and everyone was in one piece when we got back ;D

This is a message about Brindie by my daughter Victoria (she's the one on most of the photos of Brindie ): Brindie is the sweetest dog i know-including Milly and Percy! She is so good-natured, (on walks, all she wants to do is play with other dogs and in the house she just wants a fuss) and will let anybody walk all over her...so long as they scratch her ear and rub her tum first. Brindie'll do anything for fuss, and absolutely loves to please. One of my dogs Percy, plays with her most of the time, and they'll charge around the house having lots of fun, with tails wagging furiously for ages. Also she adores children, and doesn't chew anthing, and i haven't even heard her bark yet! She really is just the sweetest.

Sounds like I might not be the only one Barney's taking bets on Jayne

Sounds like I might not be the only one Barney's taking bets on Jayne Brindie is off to be fostered at Laylah's (Lurcherlady 26) tomorrow The girls and I would keep her here with us for ever if we could, but my husband is remaining sensible and saying no. I know exactly why he's saying it, and the sensible bit of me agrees with him, but the rest of me just wants to keep this gorgeous dog here with us. I'm trying to block all thoughts of saying goodbye to her from my mind right now Victoria just wanted the chance to tell everyone about Brindie to help her get the perfect home
