Poor Holly and poor Celia, what a worry. So hope that they have got all the wheat ear out of her lungs and she will make a quick and full recovery.  |

Obviously adopted before I joined SLR but about the same time as I adopted Zephyr. What a gorgeous girl - if I'd seen Holly, Zephyr may have been left on the shelf. Only kidding but I do love staffie crosses.
So glad they found out what was causing the problem - hope she makes a full recovery.

 Blimey poor Holly! I hope both she and Celia are well now. I did Celia's homecheck and was so pleased when she and Holly made such a good team together. Heal fast thoughts from us here.

I have just found Holly's thread going back some nine long years from when she came into the rescue and Barney and I fostered her as a young dog.
I had a phone call last night from her lovely Mum Celia to say Holly had a suspected brain tumour and started having seizures and was not at all well.
So Celia had the vet in to Holly and she was helped on her way to the bridge earlier on this month.
Holly was a lovely bull Lurcher and one of the most loving dogs I had the privileged to foster.
Holly and Celia were match made in heaven and I know they shared many happy times and adventures together.
Run free dear Holly over the Rainbow Bridge.
