I’ll go through my cupboard later and find some winter wear for you as is going to turn very cold this weekend!

Thank you once again for your help with transport to & from the vets Chris - you're a huge asset to SLR.
Tinker was visibly delighted to leave the surgery & emerge on the street outside! He snoozed all the way back to our home-kennel, & was welcomed back by an obviously concerned Annie & Sandy.
Tinker disposed of his chicken & rice with obvious relish, though it was only half his normal meal measure, & he's now asleep on the dog bed in front of the television.
We'll need to get used to using the lift again, as naturally Tinker has to avoid using the stairs for a few days, & I'll keep an eye on him worrying at or licking his op scar, since he hasn't returned equipped with a buster collar.
His post-op checkup is booked for Thursday morning, & in the meantime the girls & I are delighted to have him back safe & sound.

So pleased to hear the op went well and it sounds like Tink has sailed through it.

Sorry we were out when you delivered the Butchers, which meant of course that I wasn't able to return the two coats that you previously kindly loaned us - you will get them back eventually!

Glad all is well and Tink managed to polish off his chicken. Hope he’s a good boy and leaves his stitches alone.

Night Tinks and Barney.....sleep well

We had a really good night - Tinker slept right through & woke bright as a button.
'Twas nice & mild for our early walk, & Tinker was his usual alert, inquisitive self while we were out.
On our return he accepted his morning dose of Loxicom without demur & then launched into his, (small), breakfast with his usual gusto before exploring the girls' bowls for leftovers, of which, much to his disappointment, there were none.
There has thus far been no problem with him trying to get at his stitches, so hopefully a buster collar won't prove necessary.
