A young man travelling from Farnham to Aldershot to go fishing has picked up a very young pup in the road, around 18 weeks old. It has a blood nose but nothing worse. His mum has rung from Farnham, saying that he will keep it in the van but she can't have it at their house because their Boxer wouldn't let it in and she has a special needs daughter.
We need someone to pick the dog up from the young chap either at Aldershot, or Farnham and bring it in so that we can get it scanned and sorted.
Help!

Posible for us to pick up Jen but we would need to find a foster home fairly swiftly

I can collect but would only be able to home for a few days.

It's OK, I picked him up. I'll manage with the extra foster dog until Tuesday and then Millie will be going to her new home so it will be easier for me. I'll be getting him checked for microchipping tomorrow. I'll update when we have more information, but for now he's a really sweet natured, beautiful, tan little boy with the lovely Saluki eyeliner.

We had the phone call at 8 a.m. today. It was super ultra urgent and we didn't know what condition he would be in when Christine got there. Thank god the bloody nose was nothing major. I've done a doglost search and he isn't listed. Next step is to see if the little man has a chip. It's been one of those mornings.

Here he is in the crate when he first got here. He's very sweet and affectionate, very skinny and quite small. He has lovely clean white teeth so I'm guessing under 12 months. He's gradually settling but can screech for England when he can't see me ... it's going to be a noisy night!!!

What a gorgeous looking boy, well done to the guy who found him and well done to you Christine for taking him in and making him safe. Let's hope he has a chip and has got himself lost and that there s a lovely family out there missing him

Well done Christine. I do hope he settles down and you have a quiet night, and as Toni says, let's hope he has a decent home out there somewhere.

What a cutie. An angel was looking after him today when he was found and he came under SLRβs wing. Letβs hope he has a nice home and was lost.
