There is a question mark over her age!! I see teats that look large for a pup! We'll know more when she has a good vet check.

Funny you should say that Jenny, I wondered it myself. Whatever her age, she is a stunner xx

How is that girlie-whirlie dog doing today? Did you get your bed back last night Sue?

Little one is with me at the moment as she settled more easily with my mob of dogs. They all rather like her. She and Shady play until they're exhausted, sleep and play some more. She spins chasing her tail and lets out earsplitting, high pitched, exitement yips and then 'kills' her quilt or the kong. (11.30 last night! ) The kennels seemed unsure of her age guessing anywhere between 8 months and 3 years. I think she's already had a litter probably mated first season and watching her behaviour and looking at her teeth I reckon she's about 18 months. Decided to call her Zanna, hebrew for 'gift of god' highly appropriate for a Saluki type and I don't think we have any other Zanna's. Don't think this little lass will be going far !!!! As soon as the weather bucks up I'll get some better pics outside, it's filthy here at the moment, great when she's not house trained and in the middle of her season, I just love walking round the field in the pouring rain trying to persuade a soggy Saluki to perform when all she wants is to get back in the dry !!!

Love the name. Sorry Donna but she seems to like Sue's Pack.

I'm very pleased that she is settling in well. Do you still have those "period pants" that Fizz wore when she was in season? They might help. Emmy looks a bit po-faced in that pic.....has she has her nose put out of joint?

Still got Fizzy's leotard but Zanna is keeping herself pretty clean and as she's not house trained yet, could be rather yeauuu !! It was just the picture making Emms look miserable, she's been playing with Zanna and spent part of yesterday evening snuggled partly on top of her. Zanna was on my lap and let Emms lie across her. So far so good, not a cross word from anyone yet ! ? First vacs tommorrow.

We had a twenty minute break in the downpour so a few quick pics in the paddock. Zanna standing proud. Rather blurry racey chase. She is very quick and dainty. You spoke to me ? Oh boy she's pretty !!!!!

Brilliant, she is truly lovely Donna xx I haven't got her Brenda. I absolutely adored her on first sight and would give my high teeth to keep her, but she slipped into Sue's pack as if she'd always been there, and they have all taken to her instantly, so she's staying with Sue for (ahem) "fostering"! I would bet my bottom dollar that you can put a big fat failedin front of that. ;-)

She certainly seems to have made herself at home. At least you get to see her regularly, Donna. This one was never going to be anything but a FF by one or other of you. Must admit I'm jealous. She looks adorable and those gorgeous saluki eyes.

I looked but we have decided to keep things simple with just Rowlf. He has been an only dog too long and won't want to share his home comforts plus we still don't a hundred percent trust him to be alone with another dog which would seriously compromise our lifestyle.

Oh my goodness, she is such a beauty, that Cleopatra eye make up is something else. I reckon she looks pure Saluki and that tail looks like it is going to feather up nicely
