Lets hope everything can be done to help her now she is SLR care. Please rest assured that Chloe will of course receive the very best care that we can arrange for her, according to whatever her needs prove to be.

Ange and I popped into the vets about half an hour ago. They were still operating on Chloe. She has had a neutering, the lump on the mammary removed, was still have her teeth descaled, had had her microchip and toenails cut. They have taken bloods which will be checked again, and skin samples, which do NOT show any mange at this stage; but they are treating her with A.B's and also Angie's will be put on Advocate just in case. Poor mite will be a bit sore tonight with her mouth, tummy and neutering Her lump is being sent for testing for cancerous cells. I am sure Angie will be along when she picks her up later to fill you all in. This little dog is an angel, just heaven sent.

She looks such a sweetheart. I had the great privilege of meeting the lass at the vets this afternoon when Angie collected her following her op, & she is absolutely to die for - definitely my type of hound.
Regrettably I must join the ranks of "If only....." "She's lovely but...." "If my circumstances were different," etc., etc.

just a quick up date on chloe, she had a comfortable night last night next to me while i stayed on the settee i made her up a comfy bed beside me and she did'nt move until the alarm went off, she had a tiny bit of chicken and rice at about 11.00 pm, have been a bit worried today as she has'nt been interested in anything i have offered her today except a small (mini) chicken breast and some ham, so tonight i thought i would offer her some raw again (worried about her teeth) and she has devoured three medium pieces of breast of lamb with no problems so worry over, i think she is pretty much over her ga now and is back to her usual self with a waggy bum and not leaving my side, i now have the hard bit of trying to stop her jumping up and down on the furniture and beds which are higher, she is allowed to sleep where ever she choses but i would like to put her up and down rather than her jump. will keep you posted on progress.
p.s having her teeth cleaned has just knocked a couple of years off her age.
