Yep, it means his foster is now sorted. He's a lovely little lad. I will be putting him into Dogs Needing homes as soon as Fiona feels he is ready for a new life. x Ah - I was wondering that but suspected he wasn't being put up until he had had a chance to get over his injuries and get well. I am sure he is in the right place with Fiona and Ray and hope it won't be long before he is well enough to find his forever home. He really deserves some love and care after what he went through.

This poor little lad has a lot to get over before he can be ready for rehoming.

They bounce back so quickly though. He is already trying to play with toys. Can't wait to see him again x

I am so in love with this little one. My type of little one. xxxxxxxx Some photos of yesterday's meet with Fiona. He is starting to get that Lurcher lift in his head that says I am allowed to look up and sniff the air. You just can't help but want to cuddle him. I wish... xxxx

Paws visit to the vets went really well yesterday. His tail is now bandage free. It's like a little whip when he gets you with it. But it has healed really well and the fur is starting to grow back now. His foot is still bandaged but the vets thinks just one more change then he should be totally bandage free. He really is the sweetest of chaps but a bit of a loner, he doesn't get involved with Paddy and Dotty but he loves human company. There is not one bit of aggression in him , he loves everyone he meets but it is a gentle kind of love, not steaming in there. He has met children in the park, he has met all sizes of dogs too. Nothing fazes him really. He didn't take long time pick up our evening routine , Paddy will go and get his kong from the toy box. Paws knows that means he gets one too. They all have their little spots where they eat them. He eats it all to the end as he soon realised that if he leaves it Dotty will steal it from him.
I think he would be happy with or without another dog just as long as there is someone to give him cuddles.

So glad he is almost bandage free. I think Pawz will make some lucky person a very close friend and companion.

We had another trip to the vets yesterday and I can happily tell you that Pawz is now bandage free. His tail has the tiniest little scab on th end but the fur is starting to grow back now. We were expecting to have one more bandaged paw but no all gone. The vets said that his pads will still be tender so asked us to put a boottee on his foot when we take him out. We have started to let him off the lead with no problems. He has a littl mooch about sniffing but when we call him he does come back. He is still quiet and respectful of paddy & Dotty.

He's doing really well and sounds like the sweetest natured little boy. You're doing really well and helping him to get over his early traumatic life.

Saying goodbye to those bandages is a big milestone for this little man. Happy times ahead.
