Tiger has just come into the Rescue from holding kennels and is being fostered with Maria and Stuart in Berkshire. He is bigger than first thought, around 25/26" to the shoulder, but is an even tempered young Lurcher. He is good with other dogs, humans and children. Not in as bad a condition as first thought, he has settled in well with Maria's family. More piccies to follow and an update from Maria. With Maria's daughter.

In that second pic, that dog looks like he knows his life has changed for the better. Well done Maria and Stuart for taking him in.

Well done for taking him in. Judging by the look on Maria's daughter's face, I can't see Tiger going anywhere anytime soon! She has found her new very best friend!

Well done for taking him in. Judging by the look on Maria's daughter's face, I can't see Tiger going anywhere anytime soon! She has found her new very best friend! ...You are not far from the true...she really likes him and Tiger seems to be very good with her.. only the problem we have so far that our other 2 doggies are not very friendly to him yet as he is bigger than them..I hope this will change.. He has been very good indoors so far..clean, no accidents yet..first night was ok..he was bit unsettled, but Stuart was sleeping with him to assure him all is ok.. Tiger seems to be very laid back, easy dog with such friendly temper... he is inquisitive as all young dogs are, but he listen well to "no" and his manners are quite good for a stray.... We will start basic training with him (seat, stay..etc) as soon as he settles in nicely (which I think will be very soon). First vacs booked for tmrw..neutering next week. So far no problems from his side at all..only unfriendliness from our 2 other doggies. ...will post some photos later. His markings are amazing..really like a tiger...hence the name. In one - he is Beautiful and very smart boy...

He sounds like a lovely boy both inside and out. Hope your two hounds fall for Tiger as much as your daughter has done.
