What a super story and again makes all the hard work that everyone does in the rescue worth while. They just needed a little help in the right direction and I know just where they are coming from as we all know Lurcher's pups can be a handful to say the least. I sure with help and support from SLR it sounds as if Mory will come on leaps and bounds and he is now in the best place back with his family again.

I certainly think that it will do Mory good to have some walks with small groups. Not sure he is ready for Tag and Sykes at full speed yet ;D[/quote] ...ooooh, ok, but let us know when we are welcome as well! Welcome home Mory!

Maybe we could deploy Sykes and Tag at strategic points in the distance in case Mory needs "guiding" back to safety... ;D

It certainly ranks very high on the list Viviane - we're delighted to have helped in achieving the result we were hoping & praying for.

Sandy and Lexie are taking Mory for a walk on Friday. Sandy is exactly the same age as Mory, so hopefully we'll have a lot in common! ;D . I've certainly got lots of Sandy did this and Sandy did that stories to share! And bringing Lexie into our family certainly helped Sandy overcome alot of his fears and problems - an older sister is only ever a good thing (says she older sister to two younger brothers!).

I will be sure to give Mory a cuddle from you Gilly and take loads of photos. Sian sounds really nice and hopefully Sandy can show Mory that coming back and collecting biscuits/treats is a good thing (Sandy certainly thinks so!!).
Lexie's recall is typical of a Saluki - when she doesn't have anything better to do.
Apart from the aloafness all of Mory's problems have been seen in Sandy (chewing, destruction), though Mory seems to be OK to be left, which Sandy wasn't until we got Lexie. The boys have a lot in common and hopefully they will teach each other.
