All went well at the vets today. The vet said that there can be some bleeding, he has been given more metacam and anti biotics and to keep taking tramadol. He went for a little walk today and was pooped after. We have an appointment for friday to have his stitches out. He met another of Paddys friends a black lab and was good with him..

Sorry not posted for a while. Tigger is doing GREAT. His leg [ stump ] is healing fine, he has had his stitches out. Having 3 legs really doesnt slow him down. We have been letting him off the lead and he just loves all other dogs. On the way back from the park there is a corner house with a hedge around, in the house lives a cat and he patrols his hedge. On our way back the other day Tigger went in for a sniff and the yelping and screeching that came from him made me jump.. the cat had got a bit too close to him. It didnt even touch him. He is scared of cats. Sooty, my cat has told him a couple of times. He now knows what " walkies" is and get really excited, also when I come home from work. He loves cuddles and is really affectionate. Friday he is going for the big snip, poor baby........

Tigger is getting more confident each day. Getting into a routine of breakfast, walkies, lunch, walkies, dinner, walkies. When we are out he does follow Paddy around and just wants to play with any other dog, if he cant he stands a whines... as if to say " its not fair " He has started to gather all toys into the corner of the garden. Tomorrow he is at the vets for another op, the snip. Hopefully that will be the end of vets for a while and he can just have some fun.x

We picked Tigger up ag about 4.15. He was very wobbly not helped with 3 legs. He had a little bit of the food the vets gave. He is now on paddys bed whining hopefully tomorrow he will feel better.

Whenever my hounds have a GA they are usually whiney for the first night, then by the next day they have got over it. Sending Recover-Fast Vibes for handsome Tigger.
