Yep underpants are better than the cone of shame. So glad he is feeling okay, you just have to try and keep him quiet now, good luck

I tried the pants but the kids kept wiggling and could keep up with him.

Recall is improving in the house but still nothing when we're out. Stubborn little sod.

hahaha... he'll get there eventually Reminds me of the Doggy Dictionary:
DEAFNESS: This is a malady which affects dogs when their person wants them in and they want to stay out. Symptoms include staring blankly at the person, then running in the opposite direction or lying down.

Through frustration I went through every conceivable name and the only one he responds to really can't be used. This lad really is a gem of a hound, cheeky and comical great with the kids. Pretty quiet indoors choosing to sleep most of the day, fantastic on the lead. House trained and not overly vocal unless he wants to play tug of war. He and the parrot are mutually obsessed with each other, in fact thinking of it he comes more when the bird calls him than when I do. No sign of aggression from him at all. Still a bit of mouthing from him when he first sees the boys but in no way is it in an aggressive manor.
First person who sees this gorgeous lad will fall in love. Not a chewer. The only thing he seems to attack is my cigarette papers.

Had his check up at the vets and all is well. Going down the beach later to collect some razor clams, you never know he may help pull them out the ground. Lovely boy needs to find a forever home that he deserves. He going to make someone really happy.

His recall indoors is definitely improving. It's great to watch his grinning face bounding over to you.
