Willow will be coming up to the Symmons pack tomorrow as Kate has work next week and we have nowhere to put her. Hey ho, it will be fun sorting out 7 for walks during the day!

She looks like she'll grow into the sort of little lurcher my last homecheckees were looking for and she's about the right age

Jenny, thanks for meeting us and collecting Willow, we shed many tears on the way home but know that she'll be safe with you. Whoever adopts this little girl is in for a big treat, she has an exquisite brand of puppy love!!

LOL. Well we got home, cuddled Michael all the way. We brought Tag out to meet her, he loved her. We then took her into the garden and sat down with her and Tag and one by one they came out to say hello. All loved her. She is non-assuming, very quiet and wise for a little one. Lots of sniffing and into the house. Willow follows you everywhere. She is a man's dog. She loves Michael. As I am typing she has her head on my leg. We gave her half an hour and then did dinner, which she readily ate. (oops, she is trying to get up onto my lap - ignoring her for a while now. I've just put a blanket down and she has laid down next to me. Bit of a piccie fest, but she is so photogenic. And a couple of videos. Saying hello to the Symmons pack. Then Tag stole a quick And tried for another Did you say food! Can't wait Dinnertime We then went over to Auntie Claire's house, over the road to cat test her. Minnie was in his basket and didn't move, gave her a low hiss and she sniffed and stood back. He was in command and she knew it. She then leant forward and gave him a . It was so lovely. Definitely okay with cats. We took a brief video. The bark is not Willow, she doesn't make a noise, it was their Cocker spaniel Molly. Meeting little Molly Do I have to meet the cat? Go on Willow. Mini doesn't bit - MUCH! She was a little scared when Minnie hissed at her. But not overly. How brave, she gave Minnie a . A couple of videos of the meeting. We then all went out for a walk with Honey, Mims and Sofi and little Willow met lots of dogs. Very friendly with all dogs, and you hardly know she is on the lead. Came home and have been doing the gardening whilst the photos have loaded Didn't even react when these two were running rings around their owners! Lovely girl Had enough? She is tiny. The photos don't show you just how tiny and whippety she is. Asleep by me feet now.. Bless.

brilliant photos Jenny... it feels like I'm there sharing the experience with you. What a sweetie she is and so easy with everything new that's being thrown at her. She's a special little girl, for sure.

She looks so sweet in her new martingale, thanks for a lovely update Jenny, isn't she a little star? I thought she would be fine with cats, she takes everything in her stride.
Watch out for your dinner though, she is a determined counter-surfer!

Ooo Jenny, what have you done. Me thinks she is going to be one naughty little lurcher, but absolutely gorgeous once she grows up a bit. Reminds me of one I had once.

Nope, she is very well behaved. Tried to counter-surf whilst I was cooking, but once told retreated. She has claimed Mims favourite seat in the kitchen, but mims is watching form a distance on the hallway sofa with Tag. She is being an absolute poppet. x

Watch out for your dinner though, she is a determined counter-surfer! It was Esme's martingale. It was the only thing that fitted her, and it is a little too big. But Esme won't mind. xx
