OMG. Plenty of footage and photos to watch there ;D
Yep 14 k should do him nicely. You should be able to make out the first 3 ribs. He is an active little chap and so will always burn it off.
Lovely update mike.

Alot of people embed the photos using the bottom choice of photobuckets 4. He did lose a bit of weight after his op

can anyone recommend a football that won't puncture ? Can't vouch for this myself, but try a rugby ball (a proper weight one). Football-destroying Staffie owner swears by them.

hi everyone
Shadow and Fern are having a great time - fern is getting much better in public places too
they were playing in the garden yesterday and i think shadow was nipping a bit hard and fern gave him a telling off - they were instantly friends - i too think he may have met his match !
i will try the rugby ball and see if it will survive !
what do you guys feed your dogs on - we are doing a mixture of tinned and dried food
the new baby is due around 25th Nov - poor jenny is getting big and uncomfortable right now

It's the heat. We had one born in December, one in March and one in October. If the heat doesn't get you, the ice will (I'm told).
We feed ours dry complete food, topped off with sardines/polchards/tinned meat to whet their appetites if they're a bit picky.
But you will be bombarded with suggestions (although you might get more replies on "Chat") ranging from healthy fresh vegetables to nothing but raw tripe. ;D
I now have your Burns bag and we can do a proper handover !!

Are you swopping Shadow back for a bag of Burns goodies then Mike ;D ;D Seriously, sorry I didn't have the bag ready for John and Viv. It is a token from Burns. They help us an awful lot in our endeavours for the dogs. Enjoy x

Ook! Burning dog poo. I have a dog poo bin just 20 yards from my front door. I am on personal terms with the poo collector ;D
